Compact USB-Powered Nano Protein Skimmer for Aquariums up to 20 Gallons

The Bubble Magus MiniQ Nano Protein Skimmer delivers efficient protein skimming in an ultra-compact design, making it ideal for nano reef aquariums, all-in-one (AIO) tanks, and small marine systems where space is limited. Its drop-in installation and small footprint allow it to fit easily into rear filtration chambers, nano sumps, or directly inside the aquarium.

Powered by an energy-efficient needle-wheel pump, the MiniQ effectively removes dissolved organic waste before it breaks down into ammonia, nitrate, and phosphate, helping maintain crystal-clear water and a healthier aquarium environment.

A redesigned silicone air silencer and integrated bubble diffuser help reduce operating noise while minimizing micro bubbles returning to the aquarium. The included water-level adjustment valve allows easy tuning for optimal skimmer performance.

One of the MiniQ’s most unique features is its USB-powered operation. The skimmer can be powered by the included USB adapter, a USB outlet, or even a portable power bank during power outages, providing continuous filtration when your aquarium needs it most.
